This app used to work fine but with the latest update it is no longer working. When you login you only see some Chinese letter and nothing happens. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing. if there was an option to give this a zero Star I was gonna do that. It is completely dead unless something can be done and quickly.

biometrics do not work, and user name and password does not save, this makes it difficult to get into the app. "Allow notications" is forced because the popup appears often, even cancelling the fingerprint login (that also does not work). On the plus side, the new app does not time out, as often as the old app, but the old app was better (when it did not time out)..

the new upgrade won't log in it shows an asian language on screen when it is loading to log in and it never does. even the previous version always showed error when trying to get a statement or invoice. at this point i only see on debit order how much they take because they do not even send me invoices via email. very disappointed with lack of communication 😒. i cant always go to the telkom shop to get invoice. please fix the app
