Health Connect by Android gives you a simple way to share data between your health, fitness, and wellbeing apps without compromising on privacy.

Once you've downloaded Health Connect, you can access it through your settings by going to Settings > Apps > Health Connect, or from your Quick Settings menu.

I realize this is a backend app for data syncing, but it really should be integrated with Fit rather than a separate app (which is really just a setting, not a real app). I'm getting double counted on steps and activity because Fit, Zepp (my fitness watch app), and Fitbit are all reporting the same activity. Health Connect should recognize the activity that occurs over the same time period as one thing.

All of my sleep data is shifted by 3 hours, does not reflect what is in my actual Fitbit app. when it is synced to other apps it is shifted and causes issues in those apps as I'm somehow sleeping after I'm awake. Today, the app for some reason refuses to sync my sleep data. There is no ability to troubleshoot in this app, or request assistance and the help pages consist of checking if apps are connected and have permissions, which is not the issue I have

I used Google Fit to primarily track my steps and had ease of convenience when linking it to one of my calorie counter/fitness apps. Now I have to use this garbage app which apparently is an app that automatically downloaded into the phone's system instead of it being a stand alone app. To access it, you have to go to the system settings or open it via the Play store. Get rid of this and let me connect directly with Google Fit again. I also just tried to uninstall but cannot (still in system).
